The US forums generally seem to think the 30 is good for bigger tyres than we've got. Maybe consider heavy duty UJ's and quality hubs.

Depends on whether you have an open or LSD type diff. Open diff will do as you describe. If you have a LSD type, try putting the handbrake on gradually, I've heard that can help.

It seems the UK immobiliser takes the place of the US SKIM security module. Lots of info out there, but it seems a new pcm and a aftermarket remote locking module may be required.

On the US Cherokee forums the advice is to ditch the rear bar as it's next to useless. Mine's gone.

Can't see the TJ being too much different.

The torque is 75ft/lb, probably best to get the bolts from a dealership as they'll be a high tension grade.

The bolts are a 10.9 grade M12x1.75 flanged head and waisted. Not sure of the length.

M10's fitted fine on my rails, with 3 M8 nuts/bolts on the leading edge. They only need to be 15mm or so long, so most hardware/DIY places will have them.
