start stripping at twelve o clock and lay the bolts down in order. refit is the reverse.

Is there such a thing as an intercooler thats too big for an engine? I recently got a 300tdi 90 that runs on a 1.6 transfer box and soon to be on 35 inch wheels which balances out the ratios.

I ran about in my 90 for about 100 miles in Rwd only, the problem i found was that it caused the front output seal to fail prematurely.

But otherwise box was fine

Cant say much about springs, but i got terrafirma shocks are there great, massive piston and seem like they will last!

I cant get the rear brake lights on my 90 to work for love or money, altho i havent tried very hard. They are wired up etc properly and bulbs work. The problem is the signal from the brakes. Anyone kn ...

You might find Ashcroft have stopped making cush drives but all their other parts are well warrantied, don't think you will have many other problems after fitting C/V's & shafts as long as your pr ...

Id also change to 24 spline, As i broke a 10 spline shaft in a diff end and it wouldnt come out at all! Ended up changing the axle in the field just to get home.

So now i have 24 spline As less ch ...
