| I've ordered plugs leads dizzy cap and coil as it's been stood for a while so I'll do that out of principle and see what happens. I've checked all earths too with no avail.

| i had the same issue when building an 85" trialler.
I just lowered the back end of the gearbox 1.5 inches, runs fine at the moment and has done for 2 seasons of trialling |

| What you want is a rear land rover axle and a front lr axle, cut the swivel ends off the front axle then sleve and weld them to the rear casing.
(OBV once youve cut a considerable ammount off) |

Ive just built an 85" trialler with fiddles(dont know wether you are using fiddles or not) but it went most places that the little suzukis went. And had the v8 power to get out the other side  |
