I'm a Kiwi so I know nothing about your rules, but I'd suspect the issue with bobtails on road-going vehicles is that there's no longer a rear crumple zone where there once was. | |

The 6.00x16 would indicate 6" wide by 16" wheel - at a 80% profile would equal a 25.6" tyre
