Refurbing the calipers to the same as standard is not really worth it, but if you replace the pistons with stainless steel ones as well as replace the piston seals then they are better than factory. ... | |

You can drive without any castor correction on the front, I have since install because I got used to the steering feel.
It can be worst on some LRs, but I think that maybe down to build tolerances ... |

will a 2.5na g/box work ok on a 200tdi?
You need to put the 2.5 n/a flywheel housing on the back of the 200 to get it to mate to the gearbox. |

Personally I really don't like castor corrected front arms, because of the prop shaft UJ angle implications.
I would fit castor corrected swivel balls or get the front axle casing re-jigged. |

it continues to accelerate gently upto 50mph at around 2100 revs and changes up another gear and brings the revs down to around 1800
Thats the torque converter lockup. |
