If its specifically the front valves,
then 99% oif the time its the return valves in the m/c that have failed and the pressure valve doesnt close, so it just pushes fluid back into the reservo ... |

it was just a static valve on the 4u... if you look under them where the rear flexi joins onto the rear chassis there is the PV there..
still foooooking expensive, nice machined billet one cost ... |

LWB 2.0v6 or TD vitara's both use thicker, vented roters, with larger pistons..
the commercial uses a 23 or 25mm master cylinder too. (however the LWB petrol and diesel are both larger for them) |

the older GV LWB diesel (with the peugeot HDi engine) is more than capable of acheiving the figures you require.. easily mapped to 130bhp as well which gives stonking torque and even better MPG.
