First, I would replace the battery then see if it happens again. Until you do this, you cannot rule out the battery.

Regardless of how much battery power there is, once the engine turns, the alternator will be throwing out electric.

Mine used to get wet there. I had a hole in the floor, and water got in by being thrown up from the front wheel.
