I have just put pink washer fluid in mine - a low temp freeze and water repellent - and as said couldbe that.

for aircon most I have seen would be an green oily leak

most likely is that it is rusting from the inside and is now almost through to the outside.

with it being a specific speed then looks like wheel balance

but get under and check for movement in joints - but if MOT was done right these should have been checked

the only thing that picks your diff up is larger tyres - the reason for a lift is so that you can fit larger tyres and keep some flex
