Does the rad or pipes feel 100* hot?? Id say its probably the wrong sender for the guage. Get a sender from a jimny and it may be ok? | |

not sure on the v6 but i know its only lwb 1.6 vits that have vented discs..
yes they fit on the sj and imho worth fitting if fitting larger wheels/tyres etc. combine with rear sj disc brakes and ... |

I had gsxr 750 quad carbs on my sj running a 16v vitara engine. I never got it running 100% but offroad it was brilliant! Would run at pretty much any angle.

i took the bottom leaf out on my first set and trashed them in a weekend. left it in with the new set and they ahve lasted 6 months without bending! depends on your driving style i guess..
