How do the teeth on the flywheel look? We had a similar issue once turned out the flywheel teeth were fubard and the starter just wasnt grabbing them..

you will need to extend the bump stops down to sto the axle going too far up, and personally when i do spoa I move the shock mount down and fit longer shocks. with standard ones you wont get any more ...

as a very cheap diy method of extending the cable i re-mounted the handbrake lever half inch or so forward, which pulled the cable nice and tight!

i think rally design sell a proportioning valve for the rear brakes. i dont quite understand what you mean about the spring?? are you sure the tyres arent hitting the springs?

you can get 15x10 vitara alloys that are pretty light, and you can even find some real 'bling' ones aimed at the SPAM boy/boy racer crowd if that floats your boat!

I had gsxr 750 quad carbs on my sj running a 16v vitara engine. I never got it running 100% but offroad it was brilliant! Would run at pretty much any angle.

i took the bottom leaf out on my first set and trashed them in a weekend. left it in with the new set and they ahve lasted 6 months without bending! depends on your driving style i guess..
