What are the 2.2Dti Frontera Sport's like?

I know they wont run on Veg oil but they seem less likely to be as rusty as a Tarrano.

Well looked at a few RAV 4 and they are a bit too small to put 2 adults and a couple of gun case in comfortably.

Still thinking Terrano SWB since they seem to be a good compromise on size since big ...

Oddly enough I was looking at Maverick/Tarrano commercial van 4x4 types since they seem cheaper for some reason but wandered if you can still bolt seats in the back for occasional use?

I keep hearing Disco's have un-reliable engines. Same as the 1.8 Freelander i once looked at. Besides there a bit too big for just me and the wife.

Problem is my father had both a SJ and Vitara and i found them both too bumpy and uncomfortable at any distance.

I'm looking for modern coil suspension so that rules out all Suzuki. And i need more ground clearance otherwise i'd stay with the impreza.

Probably get lynched for talking about soft roader on here but it seems the best place to ask. Last year I was looking at getting a 4x4 swb and liked the idea of a frontera or pajero but stupidly thou ...
