Probably a bit late as I don't come on here so often, but I would check:

1. Rust on the chassis
2. Rusty rear arches
3. Steering box leak
4. Head gasket failure
5. Weak rear leaf springs
6. Pl ...

I think when I did my 2" lift the only thing I had to change was the rear brake line for a longer one, free off the handbrake cables and extend the gear levers, although I guess you could possibl ...

Not a fan of KL myself but they are a lot better when run with lower pressures off road. All comes down to if it's a daily driver or just a weekend toy.

It's not just the vehicle weight you have to think about, when the ****** is buried in the mud you have to move all that also.

Normally I figure about a 9000lb winch would suffice for something Vit ...

Out of interest have you thought about how much weight you're adding to the jeep, I know most spring upgrades tend to sag a lot once a winch is installed....!

Still have to move all that weight aro ...

Lol, I've not seen a beadlock with a design in before Laughing (although it's not something I look for....still too big a design and it will be harder to flush out the mud).

What are you using the truck for, I've tried the KL71 and they are useless at P&P sites, more a green lane tyre I reckon.

Very smooth on-road though, so if it's a daily driver they're worth a l ...

If you look under the chassis, the bolts go into v.large washers that have the nut built (welded?) onto them. No reason you couldn't use some v.large washers and nylocs though. Smile

However the two ...
