I'm not that daft Chris Razz ... as much as i like zook axles, they're land cruiser 80 series axles under there..

did the same thing to mine..

loads in the back was rotten, so chopped it out..

and where the rear seats bolted up, were little bits of rot which were just going to be too much of a pain to patc ...

i seem to remember a few of the guys on zuwharrie a few years back now saying they took the standard perches off an old axle and used them on an spoa and didnt have good results?

i run spoa on my sammy, have done for the past 4 years or so and love it.. if anything, i actually think it handles and rides better!

wouldnt recommend a bolt on kit though...seen a couple advertis ...

theyre the same bearing, and will fit... but...

the £9 ones will be the cheap unbranded ones that will last you 5 minutes on the road let alone off road...

the ones on ebay even look like chea ...

mike used sky YJ mounts so it was all bolt on, so defo no need for an IVA..
