Additional: I'm not sure that you can legally buy the van except through the French system. The current owner will need to apply for for the v5 before selling it to you.

evening..
owner took his uk registered van over to france where it lived for 4yrs..
while out there it was transferred/registered to french/log book
and its now coming back into the uk

a slow tamdem pull wouldnt stopped that shock load....

once see a towball come off and miss someone's head by inches, put a big dent in the roll/bar it hit Shocked
