So I'd buy two 2litre bottles and two 500ml bottles, just to be sure. Dot 5.1 is not hydroscopic, so once opened it won't absorb water. |

| I've read that in cold weather a 300tdi starter can draw 600amp current. A good starting point (pardon the pun) would be to look at the size of the current (sorry again) earth strap. | |

| Check the earth strap from the starter motor. A dodgy earth strap might allow the minimal current from the solenoid but not the large current needed by the starter motor. | |

| I'd run a short return pipe as though it's gone through the heater matrix.
If you want to add a heater matrix either in cab or next to rear rad at a later date just replace that short pipe. |
